What do I get with the Gruene Estate Coordinator Package? Most importantly, your coordinator will do everything in their power to alleviate stress from the Bride, Groom, Bridal Party, and family. They will take care of running your day so friends and family can enjoy celebrating you.

Why you need a wedding coordinator

Our coordinators are not just a “Day Of Coordinator.” Your coordinator will reach out two months before the Wedding Day to schedule your 30-day meeting. You will have your guest count by then, so you will discuss the timeline, finalize the table layout, and discuss all vendor information. After that, your coordinator and you will have an open line of communication through Wedding Day. Final details, vendor confirmations, and questions are all part of their work for you. 



On the Wedding Day, your coordinator will arrive two hours before the ceremony time, give time details to all bridal parties, family, couples, and vendors, and run your ceremony and reception—nine hours on-site for you! Our package also includes a check-in concierge in the morning and venue staff in the evening to handle venue-related questions and requirements like feeding longhorns, lighting and tending to the fire, hanging chandeliers, dimming the lights, and handling all venue-related requirements for this beautiful Hill Country venue.

Other venues don’t require a coordinator for my guest count; why should I pay that fee? You invested a lot of time and money into your vendors. Their job is to make your day wonderful through their specialty. By having our coordinators and staff ready for the event, your other vendors, like DJ, photographer, and videographer, can do their job instead of trying to wrangle everyone and keep them on time! Not only that but your friends and family can relax and enjoy your wedding without having to keep their eye on a clock or worry about the inevitable Wedding Day issues that may come up! 


Our coordinators are trained specifically for Gruene Estate and know all the ins and outs. We don’t have to wait to hear back from a manager; we wear walkie-talkies to stay connected instantly to solve problems without the Bride and Groom stressing.
